When leading a facilitated workshop, set some ground rules such as
- Ensure all participants have their say
- Prevent one or two people from dominating the discussion
- Ensure agenda is covered
- Trust wisdom of the group
- Active listening and effective feedback is key
- Encouraging story telling
- Make decisions
